10 Top Dine Al Fresco at Vegas’s Best Outdoor Dining Restaurants

What is the first thought that comes to your mind when you hear the words, “Las Vega?” For many, it’s the bright lights, excitement, gambling, and amazing food! One of the best ways to experience Vegas is via a food crawl. The restaurants listed below all provide “al fresco” dining with some of the most delightful outdoor backdrops!

Mizumi

If you want to feel transported to the Far East, look no further than Mizumi’s within the Wynn Resort. Tables are along a lush garden path in front of a 90′ waterfall and koi pond. You can even book a floating pagoda table! Chef Min Kim will provide you with the best sushi, sashimi, robatayaki, etc. this side of Japan.

The Locale

No food crawl in Vegas would complete without a visit to The Locale. This Italian restaurant specializes in handmade pastas, such as pork gnocchi, butternut squash cavatelli, and braised short rib orecchiette. They also craft mouthwatering pizzas and seafood delicacies, as well as incredible cocktails, on their spectacular patio.

Prime Steakhouse

Four-star celebrity chef, Jean Georges Vongerichten, welcomes you to the Prime Steakhouse, serving you his masterpieces such as Bone-in Ribeye steak, Chilean Sea Bass, and his Chilled Shellfish Platter – just to name a few. Be sure to ask the knowledgeable sommeliers which wine pairs best with your food selection. Best yet? You’ll have the delight of dining while watching the dancing waters of Bellagio, as well. A definite must-see!

Canoñita

Canoñita is located along the Grand Canal in the Venetian Resort. They are renown for superb “Mexican City Soul Food.” Executive Chef (and Mexico City native) Daniel Marquez brings his expertise to every “platos fuertes” (traditional Mexican entrees) he creates. The restaurant also features 21 different kinds of tequila! Imagine dining on such wonderful fare while enjoying the singing gondoliers paddle sightseers up and down the canal. It’s great place to relax and unwind.

Beer Park Restaurant

Want a killer view of Vegas while quaffing incredible beer? Beer Park is THE place to go. Located on the roof of the Paris Hotel and Casino, you can view the lights of Vegas from above. Additionally, if you’re into sports betting (Golden Knights, anyone?) or are just rooting for your hometown team, Beer Park also offers 75 HDTVs within the 9,000 sq ft outdoor deck. Did you know ESPN actually hosts their “SportsCenter” broadcast from there? When you’re hungry, don’t forget to try their Kahuna Cowboy Burger with pineapple BBQ sauce or their smoked Prime Rib Cheesesteak.

Public School 702

Ready to be “schooled” in the art of food and beer? This gastropub will gladly provide you all you need to know. Take the short drive to Summerlin to experience children’s comfort food with a decidedly adult flair. For example, they’ve taken tater tots to a different stratosphere (with many types to choose from), as well as Truffle Mac and Cheese, etc. Be sure to go in time for “recess” (happy hour) and sit on their gorgeous 2nd floor patio sipping craft beers!

El Segundo Sol

With over 100 different kinds of tequila, you’ll enjoy specialty-crafted margaritas and authentic Mexican staples here at El Segundo Sol. Their tree-shaded patio rests under beautiful lights and star lanterns hanging from the trees. They’re particularly known for their elotes, which are made from grilled sweet corn, chipotle crema, chile powder, cotija cheese and lime. Also, their taco and fajita platters are to die for!

Americana Las Vegas

Located in Summerlin, this fine dining restaurant is situated along the beautiful, serene Dream Lake where you can watch the ducks and their ducklings paddle by. Renown for their Sunday brunch, you’ll find Italian Eggs Benedict, as well as Truffled Alfredo Spaghettini, to name just two. If you prefer sweet over savory, try their Brioche French Toast or their Berry Pancakes with Orange-Maple syrup and Chantilly Cream. No food crawl is complete without enjoying the Americana Las Vegas.
